Setting the Verify Aggregate Image Preference

This topic is intended for Independent pharmacies only and is not applicable to Rexall pharmacies.

Verify Aggregate Image is an optional preference that can be turned ON for Aggregate Technical Validation and/or Clinical Review. When turned ON, you will need to view the prescription image before completing an Aggregate check for New, ReAuth, and Hold prescriptions, excluding PFS prescriptions. This preference will apply to prescriptions processed after the setting was turned ON; it will not apply to prescriptions already in Workflow. By default, this preference is turned OFF.

To set the Verify Aggregate Image preference:

  1. Select More (...) > Pharmacy > Workflow.

  2. Under General Settings, dropdown the Verify Aggregate Image field and select ON or OFF.

  3. Select Save.
